The membership fee supports enhanced preventive and coordination services. Patients continue to use their health insurance for covered medical services. This fee is separate from and does not replace health insurance. Medicare patients are welcome.
How membership works
with your insurance
Your insurance still covers what it always did
Medical services that are covered by your insurance plan — including lab work, specialist visits billed through insurance, and in-patient care — continue to be billed to your insurer as normal. The membership fee is separate and supports services that fall outside traditional insurance reimbursement.
Medicare patients are welcome
The practice accepts Medicare patients. Medicare-covered services are billed to Medicare as usual. The membership fee supports the preventive and coordination services that enhance your care beyond what Medicare reimburses.
HSA / FSA funds
Some patients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for qualifying medical expenses related to membership services. Please consult your tax advisor or benefits administrator to determine what applies to your specific plan.
