From your first conversation
to a physician who truly knows you.
Joining is a straightforward process designed to be thoughtful — not transactional. Here's what to expect.
Getting started, step by step
Request information or schedule an intro call
Submit a brief request and share your health goals. We'll reach out within one business day — no obligation, no pressure.
Introductory conversation with Dr. Pitis
A brief, complimentary call — by phone or video — to discuss your history and goals. An opportunity for both of us to make sure the fit feels right.
Enrollment and onboarding
Enrollment is completed through our secure patient portal. You'll submit prior records before your first visit — so Dr. Pitis arrives already familiar with your history.
Your comprehensive initial evaluation
An extended visit — typically 60 to 90 minutes — covering your full history, health goals, a comprehensive physical, and the foundation of your longitudinal care plan.
Ongoing care and relationship
Follow-up visits, virtual care, specialist coordination, secure messaging, and preventive planning throughout the year. Your annual evaluation renews each year.
A practice that feels different
from the first visit
Appointments that start on time
Because Dr. Pitis maintains a limited panel, appointments are scheduled with adequate time — meaning you're not kept waiting while she finishes with an overbooked schedule. Your appointment time is yours.
A physician who reads your chart before you arrive
Onboarding materials and prior records are reviewed before your visit. Dr. Pitis arrives at every appointment familiar with your history, your concerns, and your goals — so the time you have together is spent on what matters.
Communication that doesn't require a callback queue
Questions, concerns, and follow-ups are handled through secure direct messaging. When something requires a real conversation, Dr. Pitis will call — not a nurse relaying a message.
